Paul Dyer did not set out to be a photographer, instead he took a degree in finance which was followed by a number diverse of jobs from loans officer to construction worker. Photography was a just a hobby, however, one he was so passionate about he decided to pursue it as a career.

Interior photographers are such lucky people, they get to travel around shooting the most fabulous locations. I would love to be one, however, the job requires natural talent and skill. The latter can be acquired with training, but natural talent you either have it or you don’t. I suspect I don’t. :) Meanwhile I can always admire the works of talented photographers such as Andreas Trauttmansdorff.

Annie Schlechter’s client list is impressive, featuring names like Domino, House Beautiful, Jonathan Adler, Real Simple, New York Times Magazine or Wallpaper to name a few. I was amused by her profile on her website where she confesses her love for food and polka dots. She may not take herself very seriously, but she takes her work very seriously as you will be able to tell from her inspiring interior photos.
