Paul Dyer did not set out to be a photographer, instead he took a degree in finance which was followed by a number diverse of jobs from loans officer to construction worker. Photography was a just a hobby, however, one he was so passionate about he decided to pursue it as a career.

If I had to describe Michael Partenio’s photographs Twitter style I would go for “perfect balance” and that would still leave me with 125 characters to spare. :) His portfolio of interior photography is impressive, all the images are exquisitely styled and Michael manages to add a serene touch to all of them. What better way to start the week than to click through his beautiful online showcase?

Interior photographers are such lucky people, they get to travel around shooting the most fabulous locations. I would love to be one, however, the job requires natural talent and skill. The latter can be acquired with training, but natural talent you either have it or you don’t. I suspect I don’t. :) Meanwhile I can always admire the works of talented photographers such as Andreas Trauttmansdorff.
