Brooke Giannetti is a talented interior designer I have been following for a while via her inspiring blog I thoroughly recommend to anyone, called Velvet & Linen. A photo shoot for New Old House Magazine gave Brooke the excuse to make a few changes around her kitchen. I loved her post on remodelling her once pink and green kitchen so much that I just had to share it with you.

She offers a few precious tips on how you can tackle your own kitchen remodelling on a budget and with minimum disruption to your family. Things like a colour change be it wall or just on the kitchen cabinets, updating curtains, changing knobs and handles, updating the styling using other décor pieces you may already own, are all very easy and doable tips that can be done quickly and on a cost conscious budget.
