As a working single mom to a gorgeous 3 year old, I have very few moments of silence and peace in my life so, when I first glanced at the pictures, I thought to myself - this is heaven! I need a holiday at Dar Bibine, I really do need to go to Tunisia to this fabulous hotel located in the island of Djerba.

The Belgian couple that owns the hotel created a place where the traditional architecture painted in pure white acts as blank canvas for the furniture of famous designers such as Phillipe Starck or Frank Gehry and for the blue accents speckled around the interiors and terraces. The minimalistic approach to the interior décor is a way to reinforce the sense peace and relaxation you enjoy everywhere in this charming hotel.
