Flickr real life homes: Elisa’s digs |

Elisa Cachero is a talented graphic designer who lives in a small apartment in Vancouver, Canada. What first attracted me to her home was an old favourite of mine, the black, white and red colour combo with loads of vintage mixed with a few contemporary items. In one word: fabulous! Elisa is a self confessed hoarder who inherited her collecting habits from her mum: “Although my mother and I have different tastes, I'd have to say that I get my habit of collecting furniture, decor, and books from her. That's the one difficult thing about living in a small apartment--trying to find a place for all the beautiful things I come across and need to have!” she says. Well Elisa, you did a great job at it, your home is packed with character and looks both spacious and organized. Elisa’s sources were mainly Ikea and Craigslist where she got the fabulous antique red couch I fell in love with, in the living room.
