Jutta and her husband bought a 1956 rintamamiestalo (a Finnish house built after WW II) and have been documenting their renovation challenges on their blog ever since. This has lead her to be living a double life for a while now, working as freelance designer and illustrator (check out her blog for her gorgeous work) by day and a house renovator and interior designer by night.

Camilla Engman is a talented Swedish artist and illustrator who shares her home in Gothenburg with her four-legged roommate Morran (a Danish/Swedish farm dog).

True to the Scandinavian style, her home is painted white throughout with a few splashes of colour here and there. Camilla kept it almost minimal yet it feels remarkably warm and comfortable.

AB Chao lives in a beautiful three bedroom house in Monroe, Louisiana with her husband and daughter. I was so impressed with her home that at first, I took it as the work of a professional interior designer. As I dug deeper by reading her blog and finding other references to her, I realized that she was indeed a designer but not an interior designer, although in my not so humble :) opinion, her style is so cool I am sure she would be very successful if she ever went pro.
